The foam caulking is easy to remove if you find that it's peeling away from the window frame or just not sticking well anymore. Use a putty knife or utility knife to carefully scrape off any loose pieces of foam that may be stuck on there, then apply some more adhesive remover around the area where it was applied. Let that sit for about 15 minutes before removing any excess adhesive by scraping with a putty knife again.
