Julian Lennon (1964 -1980) was the son of John Lennon and Yoko Ono and brother of Sean Lennon. He was born in Liverpool where he spent most of his childhood. Julian's father John took him to New York City when he was three years old to live there with his mother Yoko Ono. He lived in New York for ten years until he was 11 years old when he moved back to England with his mother and stepfather Tony Cox who owned The Troubadour where Julian played at the age of 15 in 1973
When Julian was 18 months old John Lennon married Yoko Ono on December 8th 1969 in Tokyo Japan but divorced from her on April 10th 1980. That same year Julian died from brain cancer on November 9th 1980 at 23 years old in New York City
