A factory full of windows is a factory full of problems. And that's what it is, because if you've ever worked in a factory where there's a lot of windows you know that it's impossible to focus on what you're doing. The problem is that every time somebody opens a window, they don't just open it and close it again. They look out at the sky and they say, "Wow! It's beautiful!" And then they go back inside

And this creates a constant stream of interruptions which makes the whole process much more difficult than it would be if you were working around a wall or something like that. You can only work so long before you start getting bored and looking out at the sky yourself

But even worse than this is when people start talking to each other while they're working. They'll walk over to their own window and lean against it while they're talking on their cell phone or reading something on their computer or whatever else it is they do with their time outside of work hours. Here's the thing: if you have one window open in your office, nobody can see anything from one side of the room except through your
